I got some really useful help that addressed a question and limitation we were facing with our unique use of ScheduleOnce. We jumped on a Google Meet for a screen share and went over my questions and how to get what we wanted in just a few minutes. Sharon knew her stuff and was a joy to chat with. Dealing with customer support for software can be a hassle; having the chance to do a video call was way more effective and efficient than just chatting through texts or emails.

To start off, I found the whole process to be excellent. I navigated through the chat, and the bot guided me to the right spot to get my support code. With that code in hand, I could instantly chat with a tech who provided steps from the interface that helped me reconnect to my calendar automatically. It was super simple, honestly some of the best service I've encountered. Having been in IT for 37 years, I can say there are very few experiences that match this one. Big thanks for the awesome work!

"Frustration with Accuity Scheduling Led Me to OnceHub"
I used to be a customer of Accuity Scheduling, which is now also called Squarespace Scheduling. I had some pretty complex requirements, and it seemed like Accuity just didn’t have the know-how or the desire to assist me. Instead of addressing my concerns, they basically shrugged it off and left me hanging. I decided to give OnceHub a shot, and within a day of my demo, I signed up as a paying member, recreated everything I had in Accuity, and with the tech team's help, I completely resolved my issues. The support team, especially Yashashya, went above and beyond to walk me through the process. I can't emphasize enough how great their assistance was. While Accuity focused on their limitations and overlooked my problems, OnceHub stepped up and tackled them head-on. From what I can see, it’s definitely more flexible, especially in my situation. I’m really happy I chose to switch to OnceHub.

This is the scheduling app I really love (and trust me, I've tested a bunch). The available integrations are fantastic, and the navigation is super simple. The ability to embed the scheduler on any webpage is a total game changer for generating leads and creating a smooth experience. I suggest this app to all my high-ticket coaching clients.
